IDiP Communication Protocol
From Radu: Currently, the IDiP component is strongly coupled to the communication system that we developed for EDOS. If we decide to change for a new messaging system, I would estimate 2 or 3 weeks needed for refactoring the IDiP module:- redesign of the communication protocol between the Client and the Publisher
