This will create a directory containing various LaTeX file, just type

latex edos-wp2d1.tex
or
pdflatex edos-wp2d1.tex

(the first command produces a .dvi file to be opened with xdvi, the second produces a PDF file).

3 Contributing to SVN repository

To contribute to EDOS latex reports or to EDOS code, just send Fabio (Fabio.Mancinelli@pps.jussieu.fr) your username and password in the format suitable to be added to htpasswd, and you will be able to commit on the server your modifications.

To create this line, it is extremely easy: just type the command

htpasswd -n yourchosenloginname

then type the passwd twice, and it will output a line like

dicosmo:WYbX8IF7c/y3E

This is the line you need to send Fabio (Fabio.Mancinelli@pps.jussieu.fr).

N.B.: if you do not have htpasswd on your machine, you can use for example http://shop.alterlinks.com/htpasswd/passwd.php just make sure your passwd is not a sensitive one :-)
