This indicator provides the topology of the network of machines participating in the content dissemination network, i.e providing some resources to the community.
The indicator provides:
- the total number of machines involved in the network, and their typology
- the distribution of machines per localisation
- a graphical representation of the dissemination network
- the number of mirroring levels

| Implementation note |
- Hierarchical mirroring architecture
The implementation will be based on the mirror monitor framework. A map of the network and the synchronization protocol used between the mirrors will be issued by simulating a "traceroute" of a new package arrival on the main server and getting disseminated across the mirrors
- WP4 P2P architecture
The implementation will be achieved at the KadoP level. KadoP will then pass values on to external handlers that will compute and store them in a database suitable for drawing statistics.
